Can I track my order?
Yes you can - you will receive your tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.
How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent via Fastway or The Courier Guy, or occasionally through the local post network if you fall under an outlying area.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over South Africa. All standard shipping is free, outlying areas are charged at an additional R50.
How long does shipping take?
Local (KZN) - 1 to 2 days. Cape Town, JHB, surrounds and outlying - 2 to 3 days.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Durban, South Africa.
Can I exchange my product?
If you want to exchange a product for a different size you can send an email to email@example.com and let us know which item you want to exchange. You will then receive return instructions and we will send you the new product as soon as we get the return.
How can I return an item?
You can return an unworn item within 7 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you want to return. We will then send you instructions on where to send the item. Once we have received the item, we will issue a voucher or an exchange. Please do not send us returns without contacting us first.
Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself. Please make sure you have measured your feet accurately and have referred to our size chart to determine your correct size.
My item is defective!
Oh no! We are truly sorry that you’ve received a faulty item! We carefully inspect each item before sending them but damages can occur during shipping. Please send a picture of the defective item to email@example.com and we will arrange an exchange for you. Of course, we will refund you any additional shipping costs that may occur.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) through our Payfast portal.
How will the shoes be packaged?
Your item will come wrapped in tissue paper and in a shoe box. They are then packed into a shipping bag so we can try to ensure your item gets to you safely.
What shoe sizes do you offer?
At present we offer 6 sizes - from uk6/eur40 – uk11/eur45.
